Shipping Policy
Digital Products
All digital products (journals, courses, and downloadable files) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase confirmation. No shipping is required. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see your download link within a few minutes of purchase.
Physical Products
Physical products (mugs, notepads, journals, and other print-on-demand items) are fulfilled by Printful and printed on demand just for you. Please allow:
- Production time: 2–7 business days for your item to be made
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days (domestic US) after production is complete
- Total estimated delivery: 5–14 business days from order date
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons (holidays, etc.).
Custom Writing & Content Services
For custom content orders — including blog posts, articles, social media content, and other writing services — please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery, depending on the scope and complexity of your project.
Prior to beginning your project, a complimentary consultation via Google Meet or Zoom is available to confirm project details, expectations, and deadlines. You will receive your completed content via email.
Cherished Life Maps & Family Historical Narratives/Photo Books
These are deeply personal, one-of-a-kind keepsakes that require significant time and care to create. Please allow 3–6 weeks from the date all materials and information are received. You will be kept informed throughout the process, and final delivery will be coordinated directly with you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Digital and custom service orders have no shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once a physical order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
